WHAT IS A TOWABLE GRADER RAMP?

Towable Leveling Ramp or Mobile Ramp were developed for use in patios, with the objective of allowing forklift access inside the container or trailers.

WHY SHOULD I INVEST IN A TOWABLE GRADER RAMP?

​

With Towable Grader Ramps  it is possible to reduce the risk of accidents, damage to materials due to falls, it does not require investments in concrete docks and allows flexible loading and unloading.

The use of the Towable Leveling Ramp reduces the time of the loading and unloading process, without compromising the safety of the operation.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF LEVELING RAMPS?

Currently, IRON has two models of Towable Leveling Ramp, the RNRM model with drive  manual mechanical lifting and the RNRH model with electro-hydraulic lifting drive, both with standard load capacities of 06, 09 and 12 tons, however, we develop according to your operation.

MANUAL TOWABLE LEVELING RAMP

There is no difference as to the structural part of the Towable Leveling Ramp, only the drive system is modified for manual mechanic and it also does not need electrical energy for its operation.

Its activation is done through a crank and is generally used in small and medium intensity operations.

ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC TOWABLE LEVELING RAMP

There is no difference regarding the structural part of the Towable Leveling Ramp, only the activation system is modified for electro-hydraulic activated by a pulse button. Its operation requires electrical energy for its operation.

Its activation is done through a pulse button and is generally used in high intensity operations.
